Sheldon Christopher–England, Founder and CEO of Objective Based Selling (UK), is a veteran of over 30 years working in sales and marketing.

For over 5 years Sheldon has been a frequent speaker and seminar leader in the Material Handling and Aviation industries encompassing sales, marketing, customer service, communication, distributor and manufacturer relationships.

He began his career in the sales department of a major telecoms supplier, selling PABX and mobile phones in and around the Midlands area.

In 1989 he took time out to travel to the USA where he spent over a year training to be a professional pilot and then working for a further two years as a commercial pilot in Florida and Tennessee, in a combination of cargo and charter operations.

Returning to the UK in 1995 Sheldon joined national materials handling supplier “Lex Harvey PLC” where he worked as National Account Manager servicing major clients such as Nestle and Kodak.

Sheldon’s first exposure to public speaking in the business world came with the world-renowned company JCB where, for 2 years, Sheldon spoke at many key account and product forums. This experience was further developed when offered an amazing opportunity to return to the US as North American Director of Marketing for global engineering company SDI Group, speaking at supply chain forums in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Working with many UK sales focused companies, Sheldon helps them and their sales teams to sell more effectively using his custom designed sales model “Objective Based Selling”.

Sheldon currently resides in Nottingham UK with his American wife, Elizabeth.
